Before you know whether WEBLOG equal to or not equal to BLOG ?
You must find out what is WEBLOG and what is BLOG first.

What is short for WEBLOG?you will surprise that.. Answer is BLOG.
The WEBLOG explain a page with some number of contents of your interest.
The WEBLOG cab be noun and it also can be verb.
It mean that "to post content to your WEBLOG".
The WEBLOG can be in present tenses and it can be also in past tenses.
How it will look like when in present tenses: "I will be blogging from outsation during by vacation"
"I blogged a link to that website last week" this is tenses when it in past tenses.
Then.. Who is Weblogger? and who us blogger?
As i mentioned earlier,you already know WEBLOG equal to BLOG.
If WEBLOG equal to BLOG so Weblogger is same as blogger.
Therefore,Weblogger also called blogger
So, weblogger or blogger is people who maintain WEBLOG or BLOG.
